A Visitor asked the following question on 12/23/2005
My Boxer is quite thin, she has been tested for worms. She is 2 years old. She is very tall and thin.. like a little colt. She eats all day. She is however, very hyper!! The vet has advised she is not dangerously thin. I am just wondering if this is common at certain ages within this breed? Thank you. Josie

hello sorry for not getting back faster. Yes boxers can be very thin. The thing is you need to be on top of the worming. I also find that if you change there feed to a lamb and rice or any ofthe foods with rice help them. Also concerning the hyper that is also common in boxers. You can ask your vet for help there. But I now I have used chamomile its a herb or valerian. These are herbs that can help to calm them.
