I want to know when its good to breed a bull terriers and how old they have to be

We usually wait till it is her 3rd heat, which she would be about 18-2o months old then at that time at the earliest... We usually then breed her on the 7th, 9th, 11th, and 13th days of her cycle... We check when she is ready though through a cytology..
