Are Bull Terrier legal to have in Florida State. Are they good pet at all?

Yes, they are legal in Florida, for right now. Yes they make a great pet. They are fun, have great personalities and clownish. They are real family oriented and love their families. They will always be near you and do what ever you do. They will explore things and are very inquisitive. They make super pets. At least I can speak for the bullies that we have.
