Breed standard is up to 130lbs for males, but there are those who try to go beyond that standard. I have no idea who is the worlds largest bullmastiff but there are many bullies out there who are very overweight which leads to hip, cruciate, joint and many other problems.
I have seen dogs up to 160 in the breed that were solid muscle mostly male but I have seen some pretty large females. Sometimes it is just in the genes.
