A Visitor asked the following question on 2/25/2007
i work 13 hour days and leave my bull in his kennel during this time. is that not a good idea? also he is getting a black tail at first it was just a black spot but it has now spread like his tail will be black does this mean he may not be full blooded?

The Kennel is the best place for him. Wandering the house could give an opportunity for Anything to go wrong. Depending on his age he will need some extra potty breaks tho... between 14-32 weeks old he should have 6-8 relief trips a day. In adulthood this will reduce to about 4. But there is always the one that can wait for hours with no problem.
About the tail, it should not mean that he is not full blooded, sometimes as the pigment comes in, it can get darker.
