A Visitor asked the following question on 6/8/2006
I sent my female english bulldog to a breeder to be breed. We just had puppies and now the breeder claims that her stud is not the father and won't let me register or sell my pups as pure english bulldogs (because of the color). Is there any way for me to find out if the pups are pure or are a mix?

If they are suppose to be AKC reg you can DNA the pups and ask her to do her stud dog and your female and you would know for sure then. I am not for sure on the cost but it would be well worth it to find out. What colors did you get?

I agree with the first reply. DNA testing.
