A Visitor asked the following question on 4/15/2007
at 9 and 1/2 years he had a hernia He was operated on by a top doctor and was neutered not by my choice at the same time. Since than he gained 10 lbs. and is becoming a lazy guy. What can i do to take the extra lbs off? yes i reduced his food intake. I don't want to strain his strengh for his age.

Swimming is always a nice way to exercise with the least amount of impact on the body with the best results. If he is new to swimming, go somewhere he can gradually wade into the water and get used to it. Good luck.
