I would like too know where to full grown male beagles.

I would recommend contacting local field or show breeders. Often they will hang on to puppies until 1-2 years old to see how the beagles develop. If the dogs don't make the grade as field or show dogs, the breeders will be willing to sell them as pets so that their kennel space isn't taken up with dogs they can't compete with or breed. Just because the dogs don't cut it as championship dogs doesn't mean they can't make perfectly good companion animals and you can usually get one of the dogs for a reasonable price.
