A Visitor asked the following question on 6/8/2004
Is there a way to determine whether the pup I've put a deposit is legitimately from specifc litter or breeding the breeder says it is or from another breeding where the sire/dam have similar coloring. I asked the breeder for a photo of the specific dam suckling her pup and she thought it was an "odd request". Is it? What proof should I ask for?

If the sire and dam have been DNA tested then the pup can be DNA tested to prove it genetics. If the breeder isn't willing to provide you with satifactory proof of the puppies parentage then maybe you should check else where for your companion.
