There isn't really a conclusive answer to this. The known breeds were Siberian huskies, American Eskimo, and Schipperke. There was also Alaskan Huskies used which are not a breed so much as a type of dog. from the Alaskan huskies there is an untold number of breeds mixed in. Several breeders have had their dogs DNA profiled for breed specific markers and have found some very unusual things mixed in.
