I know there are several Afghan Hound owners and dog show exhibitors in Louisiana but I am not sure who is actively breeding. I suggest you contact David Osuna, Andros Afghan Hounds androsafghans@aol.com. He lives in Houston, Texas but frequently travels to Lousiana for dog shows.
