YOUR PUPPY HAS BEEN SEEN BY OUR VETERINARIAN AT OR BEFORE 6 WEEKS OF AGE. IT HAS RECEIVED ITS FIRST AND SECOND VACCINES AT 6 AND 8 WEEKS. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU TAKE YOUR PUPPY TO YOUR VET WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE. YOUR PUPPY IS WARRANTED FOR TWO (2) YEARS FOR ANY HEREDITARY OR CONGENITAL DEFECTS THAT WOULD RESULT IN DEATH OF THE PUPPY. A WRITTEN REPORT FROM YOUR VET MUST BE SUBMITTED TO US WITHIN 2 DAYS OF DIAGNOSIS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE THE PUPPY EXAMINED BY A VET OF OUR CHOICE TO VERIFY ANY SUCH DEFECT. IF THE DIAGNOSIS IS VERIFIED, A REPLACEMENT PUPPY WILL BE SUPPLIED FROM THE NEXT AVAILABLE LITTER. BUYER HAS NO CHOICE AS TO SEX OR COLOR OF REPLACEMENT PUPPY. IF BUYER DECLINES SAID REPLACEMENT, SELLER IS NO LONGER OBLIGATED TO OFFER REPLACEMENT.
