We are currently updating our New Owner Contract, but the following are the basics.
Approval Process:
* Completed application & phone interview
* Ability to maintain & provide for all vet care & training
* Willingness to abide by all contract requirements
Contract requirements:
* All of our dogs are sold w/ AKC Limited registration
* All of our dogs must be altered by 1 year old - unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing
* A CGC (canine good citizen) certification must be obtained by 18 months of age
* We must ALWAYS know where the dog is - should you sell or give your dog/pup to another person - they MUST sign our contract - or the dog must be returned to us
* Our dogs may never be released to a shelter or a rescue - should this be violated a monetary penalty will be enforced and used to return the dog to us, any amount remaining will be split between the shelter/rescue & our kennel to assist with the upkeep of the dog
* Should any part of the contract be violated - Legal ownership of the dog immediately reverts to Northern Lights.
Pricing Information:
* Pups range from $600-$1000
Pups intended for working homes are given a 10% discount.
(This is with proof of certification / job training by 28 months of age - should this not be accomplished - the remaining difference between Working/Pets must be paid) (ALL types of work is included - K-9, Service, Detection, Therapy, SAR, as well as Competition dogs - obedience, utility, etc..)

- Health Certificate & Current Fecal test
- All age appropriate puppy shots / worming
- Limited Registration w/ the AKC
- Microchipping
-60 day trial of Health Insurance
-Travel Crate
-CD of puppy photos from birth on.
-Detailed health report of puppies progress from birth.
* Deposit Information
- $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve a pup
- First come/first choice - of approved homes.
