The following agreement is between Browns Cane Corso, hereafter referred to as "Seller" and ______________,hereafter referred to as"Buyer".__________________
In consideration of the terms outlined in this agreement, Seller hereby gives and relinquishes one Cane Corso puppy/adult described as follows:

BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES
1.) Buyer agrees to deliver to Seller __________________dollars
$_____.00) in Cash (U.S. Currency) of which ______________dollars
is a nonrefundable Deposit. No personal checks will be
accepted. Any funds for payment of any Nature must be cash,
money order from a reputable institution or of such a character
as is acceptable to the seller.
2.) Buyer agrees to have animal thoroughly examined by veterinarian
of his choice within seventy two (72) hours. Prior to the exam the
Buyer shall keep the animal "COMPLETELY" away from all other
dogs. If after the exam the Buyer is not satisfied with the condition
of the animal due to health reasons, he/she may return it to the
Seller within seven (7) days of receipt and another puppy will replace it from the same or a future litter
3.) This animal is being purchased with rights to registration papers
and is determined to be of "breeding quality" by both parties. No
verbal or written statement has been made about this animal's
"show" potential. Seller makes no guarantee about bite, movement,
temperament, etc.
4.) Buyer agrees to breed responsibly and selectively and to never
breed this animal to an unregistered Cane Corso or to do any type
of "cross breeding" with this animal.
5.) Buyer agrees to give Seller the right of first refusal if this animal is
ever offered for Sale.
6.) Buyer agrees to accept full responsibility for the animal once it
leaves the Seller. This includes but is not limited to:
a.) Giving it regular training, care of coat, nails, ears, etc.
b.) Maintaining the dog on a proper diet and at a weight sensible
for its size and age.
c.) Keeping it in a suitable fenced area adjacent to the buyer's
residence, not chaining it continuously, not allowing it to
roam at large.
d.) Taking it to a competent veterinarian when necessary,
including annual physicals.
e.) Keeping it in a manner to prevent it from being teased or
abused by any person.
7.) Seller reserves the right to repossess the animal, with no refund,
in the event of failure or refusal of the Buyer to comply with the
terms of this agreement.
8.) Buyer agrees to print the name as a Browns Cane Corso in any and all instances of publication, on registration, pedigrees,
advertisements, etc.

SELLERS RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.) Seller shall provide a complete medical record on the animal.
2.) Seller has taken every reasonable precaution to insure physical
soundness and mental stability in this animal and guarantees
it as follows:
a.) Seller guarantees this animal for one (2) years from birth date,
against any Hereditary or congenital defect which results in
the death of the animal or having to have it euthanized.
b.) Upon receipt of an autopsy and statement from the
veterinarian, the Seller shall replace the animal with one of
appropriate quality.
c.) All claims under the guarantee must be made within thirty
(30) days of death and replacement is subject to availability.
3.) Seller is not responsible for death, injury, or deformity of the animal
due to illness, accident or deviation from care normally given to a
large breed puppy/adult, including obesity.
a.) Seller is also not responsible for Buyer not giving the proper
training to prevent dominant and aggressive behavior.
