The puppy you are purchasing as a companion pet, outlined below, is guaranteed by KC Cavaliers to be fully registered, purebred Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with a three-generation pedigree, whose lineage contains only fully registered Cavaliers.

Deposit Agreement:
A deposit in the amount of $ is required to hold a puppy. The balance for the puppy must be paid in full before it can leave the KC Cavaliers premises.
Health Guarantee: Your puppy is in good health at the time of sale and had a comprehensive health exam. KC Cavaliers has taken every precaution possible to provide healthy, well socialized puppies, which includes breeding only dogs that have been examined and determined free of heart murmurs, MVD, eye disorders and other congenital disorders.
KCC dose not represent this puppy to be a potential show dog. Buyer understands that the puppy being purchased is an extremely fragile breed. Furthermore, buyer understands additional care will be needed to ensure health and well being of said puppy. There is no warranty/guarantee for hypoglycemia, training or behavior problems or for allergies either for the puppy or for the people purchasing the puppy. There is no warranty that you will be able to use this pet for showing or breeding purposes.
Your puppy has been vaccinated and wormed on a healthy, preventative schedule and will be up to date on all vaccinations at the time of purchase. This care must continue on a timely basis, including yearly boosters, or the contract is null & void.
Your puppy is guaranteed for 72 hours only form date of purchased to be healthy and free on communicable and infectious diseases such as parvo, corona, or distemper.
72-Hour Vet Examination Agreement:
Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian, at the Buyer’s expense, within 72 hours from the time of the purchase and to have the Veterinary Examination Report completed by the attending veterinarian. This report must be returned to me immediately following the examination. Failure to return written report with 24 hours of exam invalidates this contract. This report may be faxed to me at: 754-321-2717, or mailed to 5834 Eagle Cay Circle Coconut Creek Florida 33073. If this veterinarian establishes a MAJOR problem (internal/external parasites, intestinal parasite, coccidiosis, giardia, and/or kennel cough excluded) with the puppy upon initial examination, puppy may be returned at this time. We do not guarantee against conditions that can be brought on by stress or exposure to adverse conditions that we cannot control when the puppy leaves my care. I reserve the right to have puppy examined by a veterinarian of our choice before exchange is made.
KC Cavaliers will not pay any veterinarian expenses or shipping expense. If Buyer chooses to have a Veterinary Specialist examine puppy, seller will not reimburse any expense. (please initial).
