The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. It is not, nor does it imply, a contract with or guarantee by QualityDogs.com, endorsement by QualityDogs.com of this contract, or any responsibility, express or implied, by QualityDogs.com. The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content of this contract and its satisfaction. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any contract.

the major points to my health guarantee/contract are:

*buyer is allowed 72 hour veterinary inspection to ensure health
*1 year limited coverage of congenital health disorders
*the pups that are sold as pets must be spayed/neutered
*if akc limited paperwork is wanted in the agreement, it will be mailed after proof of neuter/spay is shown at or before 7 months of age
*all pups sold on open rights (with full AKC rights granted) are allowed to be shown or bred by new owner, and the new owner chooses their dogs akc name
*any unwanted puppy/dog purchased from me is welcome back-no fees are returned (buyer is responsible for transportation fees)
