1. A $300.00 non refundable deposit is required to hold the dog. The deposit will be accepted as partial payment toward of the purchase price of the dog. Both parties agree the dog will be paid in full by date of _______________. Prior to shipping. If accident or incident occurs before puppy is available the deposit will be returned in full within 24 hours.
2. Seller will have a veterinarian health certificate for each puppy being shipped. Buyer agrees to have the dog inspected by a veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase. Seller guarantees dog against crippling hip dysphasia when the dog must be euthanized, and other congenital defects for the period of 1 year from the birth of the litter. See health Guarantee.
Seller agrees that as least first shot and 2 wormings have been completed. Modified ¨C live vaccines have been administered. Buyer promises to continue vaccinations and all other care to provide safe , loving home for this animal. Buyer promises to continue vaccinations and all other action necessary to contain the animal for both concern of the society and canine¡¯s well ¨C being. Buyer is responsible for training as result of lack thereof in the animals behaviors.

Buyer is aware that the puppy is more susceptible to illness in area such as parks and around older, Immune strong dogs. Buyer understands special needs of a developing large breed animal, and will not expose pup to this potential until of an age of at least 4 months, 16 weeks. Any exposure prior to 16 weeks may expose puppy to disease, and possible death.

AKC form for registration papers are provided with dog, with the exception of pet quality dog. Once the buyer of a pet quality dog shows veterinarians proof that the dog has been neutered/spayed then the registration form will be provided. Buyer is responsible for the cost of registration. The kennel name will remain on the dogs papers, i.e. Centurian Mastini Rover.

___Purchaser may not transfer ownership of dog without Centurian Mastini approval of new home. If for some reason purchaser is unable to care for dog, it is to be returned to kennel, where a new home may be found. If the new home is willing to pay a price for the dog, less expenses the remaining portion of payment will be forwarded to the original purchaser. This puppy will have full breeding rights and may be bred after one year of age. It is reconmended it be evaluated by Centurian Mastini before its first breeding for conformation to the breed standard, outwardly evident health defects, and temperment. Purchaser will extend the courtesy of allowing Centurian Mastini to breed this male to (only) its stock if requested at no cost. Centurian will cover all vet fees and shipping costs involved in the breeding. Purchaser is asked to supply dog for breeding in the exact time needed for proper collection and shipping (if needed) of semen. This dog is to never be bred to any other breed other than Neapolitan Mastiffs. Furthermore, the purchaser promises to maintain this dog to proper weight, training, and medical treatment ( including vaccinations) when needed. Gross failure to do so will will require purchaser to surrender dog back to kennel to be rehomed.
