The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. Contracts are individually made per the needs of each puppy person. Pets are expected to be spayed and neutered and are sold with AKC limited registration. All puppies have a home here for life if they can not remain in the original environment.
Buyers and their homes are carefully screened and puppies meticulously matched to the right home with the goal of home and Briard to share years and years of enjoyment.
Our contract asks and requires that all homes are involved in training the new puppy with a professional trainer and training arrangements are in place before the puppy arrives.
