Introduction
Hello, and thank you for inquiring about a baby from Freedom Cockers! I know that the application process can take a lot of time and effort, but it helps to be able to match the right puppy with the right family, so I thank you in advance!

Questions
Have you had a cocker before?
If you haven't had a cocker, please realize this is not a low maintenance breed. Cockers require professional grooming every 4-6 weeks. They also do not make good outside dogs, but shadow their people constantly. Who will be training the new baby?
Where will your new baby be sleeping?
Can you provide professional references? i.e., your veterinarian and professional groomer?
How many other pets do you have, and what kind? Where are they kept?
Do you live in an apartment or house? Rent or own? If you rent, are pets allowed?
What kind of food are you planning to feed your new cocker?
Tell me about your family. Married? Kids?
How long will the cocker be alone at any one time? Where will the cocker be while it is unsupervised?
Again, thank you for your time. This helps the process immensely!
