Owner Contract
The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. It is not, nor does it imply, a contract with or guarantee by QualityDogs.com, endorsement by QualityDogs.com of this contract, or any responsibility, express or implied, by QualityDogs.com. The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content of this contract and its satisfaction. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any contract.

Here at Ashland, we are serious breeders and never want to place one of our pups in the wrong home or the right home at the wrong time. Our commitment to this breed is lifelong. We do not produce puppies for retail purposes, to meet a market demand or breed just for a specific color. Our sole reason for having a litter is for ourselves. We keep back at least one or two pups from each litter we have, the rest will become available to quality pet homes.

A puppy is a mental, physical and finacial commitment for the next 10 - 15 years. Labrador puppies grow up to become large dogs. They eat, poop, chew, cry, bark, howl and need early training and socialization. They are not yard ornamants or an item to play "keep up with the Jones's". In other words, do not get a dog because your neighbors have one or it seems to be the "in-thing" to do! Labradors can bring years of joy and happiness and become you and your families best friend or the can also become your worst nightmare as ANY breed can if you do not take the time to prepare in your search for a quality bred pup or fail to commit to raising and training a puppy properly.

We are always here to answer your questions and concerns.
