CONDITIONS OF SALE:
1. The above Shih Tzu is being purchased as a companion animal [pet]. This puppy is transferred with the understanding that it was to go to carefully selected parties and that the Purchaser avowed that the puppy would become a member of the family. This puppy is being placed as a family companion first & foremost, as such it is to be allowed indoor access to the home & family, is to be fed & kept indoors at all times.
2. Purchaser also agrees to continue to conscientiously train the puppy at home and to assume that the puppy is given adequate socialization..
3. If at any time the buyer can no longer retain possession of this dog, the seller is to be notified and given FIRST OPTION of resuming full ownership at a price of no less than $1.00 and no more than one-half of the original sale price. This would take into consideration the costs incurred by the breeder in caring for the dog and locating a new home. The dog will be returned with the CKC papers and any medical records.
4. The Purchaser agrees to take proper safeguards for the care and comfort of the puppy, to include, but not limited to, a fenced yard or run - the puppy is NOT be tied out as a normal course of restraint, proper shelter, adequate food & water, exercise and ongoing socialization. Said Shih Tzu shall not be allowed to run or roam free unless under the direct supervision of a qualified adult, and must never run free in violation of any leash law at any time.
5. The Purchaser hereby agrees that any abuse or neglect of dog, physical, emotional or otherwise, whether intentional or involuntary, will void all claims to said dog, and that all rights, legal claims and full ownership will be transferred will and immediately revert to the Breeder with no recourse to Purchaser.

5. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is the dog to be placed in a pet shop, animal shelter, or similar establishment.
7. The Purchaser agrees that any and all transportation costs, to and/or from the Breeder’s premises will be at the cost of the Purchaser.
8. The buyer agrees to have the puppy identified with a microchip and the seller recognized as being as a contact incase of loss

9. This puppy is sold as a family pet and must be spayed/neutered by six months of age. Under no circumstances is this puppy to be bred without the sellers approval. Proof of spay/neuter must be provided to the seller before the registration papers will be released. If proof is not provided, the seller has the legal right to retrieve the puppy with no recourse to the purchaser.

HEALTH GUARANTEE*:
The seller guarantees this dog to be of sound health and temperament at the time of this sale. The purchaser agrees to take this dog to a licensed veterinarian of his choice within 48 hours for a physical examination. Should the dog be determined to be in ill health, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the seller, the dog may be, upon written diagnosis from the purchaser’s veterinarian, returned for refund of the purchase price or for another dog of equal value, the choice to be determined by the seller.
Any veterinarian's diagnosis shall be subject to confirmation by a veterinarian chosen and paid for by the seller. Should the veterinarian not concur with the original diagnosis, the matter shall be presented to a third veterinarian mutually agreed upon by the seller and the purchaser.

*Unconditional Guaranty: You may return the dog in the same condition it was when acquired. It may be returned for any reason whatsoever, within 24 hours of purchase and the full price will be refunded minus the Surety of Action deposit.
*All Guarantees pertain to the original purchaser only.
*You agree to provide regular veterinary care as well as the proper daily maintenance to keep the dog in good health.
*You agree to inform me at once if problems develop and to follow all veterinary recommendations for their solution. If these things are not done, all guarantees are void.
**Failure to comply with the above conditions of sale will hold the purchaser liable for $1500.00 punitive damages payable to the seller upon demand. Any and all court costs, & attorney fees will be paid by the purchaser at the time of the court's decision.
**It is understood that this agreement is to protect the integrity of the sellers' bloodlines.
