This agreement is entered into between Florence Mattice, herein referred to as "seller" and

_________________________________________________________ herein referred to as "buyer," regarding the sale of a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy.

1. It is understood that this dog is sold as a pet quality dog and is sold on AKC Limited Registration and is to be spayed by 12 months of age.


2. The purchase price of this dog is $1,700 USD.

3. Puppy has had a health wellness check done for puppy prior to sending home. The dog is sold on a seven day trial period, during which time the Buyer agrees to have the dog examined by a licensed veterinarian at Buyer's cost. If buyer is not satisfied with the health of the dog within seven days of purchase, the buyer may return the dog to the Breeder for a full refund (shipping excluded), provided the dog is in substantially the same condition as when sold.

4. This sire and dam of this dog has CERF eye clearances and cardiologist heart clearances.

5. Prefix of this puppy on AKC registration papers will be: Mattiaci. Seller may choose any name to follow.

6. Buyer will have this dog spayed at the appropriate age, form 9 months of age to 12 months.

7. Buyer agrees to provide said dog with adequate and proper shade, housing, feed, socialization, and training. Buyer agrees to keep said dog confined in a securely fenced yard or crate when not under buyer's direct supervision and control. This dog shall not be neglected in any manner and in no way mistreated nor shall buyer allow any other persons to neglect or abuse this dog in any way.

8. Buyer guarantees breeder first right of refusal if the dog is to be sold or disposed of in any way.Seller will buy this puppy back at 20% less than the purchase price for every year of age the dog is. Seller will pay for all return shipping costs, collect.

9. Breeder may also repossess this dog if this dog has been bred.

10. Damages for Buyer's noncompliance with any of these terms of this agreement are agreed to be in the amount of $2000, plus reasonable attorneys fees, as well as actual costs and attorney fees incurred in the collection of the same. Any litigation or arbitration regarding this contract will occur in Powell County in the State of Montana.
