In return for said deposit, Seller hereby agrees to sell to Buyer the puppy listed below.

1. PURCHASE PRICE: Buyer agrees to pay the Seller Nine Hundred Fifty & no/100 ($950.00), of which One Hundred Fifty and no/100 ($150.00) is a non-refundable deposit. Deposit must be paid at the time this Deposit Receipt and Sales Purchase Agreement is signed. The full purchase price must be paid not later than the time Seller delivers puppy to Buyer. Personal checks and/or credits cards may be rejected for purchase.
2. PUPPY CONDITION: Seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health and free from disease on the date of delivery to Buyer. Buyer's veterinarian must examine the puppy within 48 hours of physical possession of the puppy. If the puppy is found to be unhealthy, unfit, or deformed it may be returned to Seller for a full refund. For refund, Buyer's must return puppy to Seller within 72 hours of examination. A signed statement of the puppy's condition, from a licensed veterinarian, must accompany the returned puppy. Seller's veterinarian must either examine the puppy to confirm the diagnoses or review medical records from Buyer's veterinarian. Seller shall not be held responsible for Buyer veterinarian bills.
3. REGISTRATION: Seller certifies that the puppy is registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC) as a purebred Doberman pinscher and shall provide all paperwork necessary to register a transfer of ownership of the puppy with the AKC to Buyer upon delivery.
This contract is void unless the signatures of both the Seller and Buyer are affixed below. Seller will retain the original Deposit Receipt and Sales Purchase Agreement and provide a copy to Buyer.
