because we live in the State of CA our puppies are covered for the first year by state law to be free of any inheritable defect and to be free from illness for the first 15 days of ownership. We guarantee them for an additional 2 years against hereditary defects (Heart conditions, Patella Luxation, Hips, Thyroid).

For our addition guarantee owners must keep their dog regular on vaccinations and heart worm treatment. We also require OFA testing and submission at 12 months and 2 years, including thyroid testing through Jean Dodds.

Our warranty does not cover retained testicles, retained puppy teeth, injuries after the puppy leaves our care, or internal parasites that may be contracted anywhere.

Puppies that develop a health issue that is genetic can be returned and replaced with a different puppy.
