6. There are some things that cannot be guaranteed by Seller, including but not limited to: Adult weight of puppy; color or texture of coat at maturity; when and if ears will stand; placement of adult teeth, placement of testicles, etc. Seller will provide Buyer with “best guess” to most outcomes but offers no guarantee. Patellas cannot be guaranteed as they are easily injured.
7. Buyer is encouraged to keep hair off of ear tips. Most often Yorkshire Terrier ears will not stand if the ears are not kept free of heavy hair.
8. Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) is a threat to all Yorkshire Terriers. However, it is not an acceptable reason for the death of a puppy. Buyer has been given instructions on prevention and instructions for treatment. Buyer is aware that hypoglycemia can be life threatening if not treated immediately and appropriately.
9. A premium food such as Natures Variety, Royal Canin, Natural Choice or comparable products must be fed. Table scraps are discouraged. Most Yorkshire Terriers have sensitive digestive tracts that are upset by “people” food.

If the puppy/dog is found to be inadequately cared for, abused, neglected, abandoned, harmed or mistreated by Buyer or anyone else, Seller has the right to take repossession of the puppy/dog with legal means and assistance if required. Such repossession of the puppy/dog will be at Buyers expense, including any and all expenses incurred for such repossession and transfer of the AKC registration to Seller.
11. Buyer is sure he/she can accept the responsibility of this puppy as all deposits are non-refundable. Full payment including all other expenses must be received by the time the pup reaches 12 (twelve) weeks of age or at the time of pick up. If full payment is not received the deposit will br forfeited and the pup will be resold. If for some reason Buyer is unable to keep puppy/dog at any time in it’s life, Seller retains rights to puppy/dog. Seller will place the pet in a suitable home. If puppy/dog is sold, the new selling price will be returned to Buyer minus any expenses incurred by seller.
