Our Lovable Labs
New owners agree to provide the best quality care of an adopted puppy/dog from Our Lovable Labs. Annual vet check ups will be provided, along with necessary vaccinations, as needed. Dog will be spayed or neutered when age appropriate, unless plans to breed have been discussed prior to purchase. If new owner is unable to keep said dog, at any point in his/her life, and suitable new living arrangements are not made, owner will at his/her expense return the dog to us, so we may find him/her a new proper forever home. The return expenses will be the new owner's sole responsibility.
