Brief guarantee overview:
At Legend Papillons it is important to us that every puppy is extremely happy in its new home and that every owner is delighted as well. Our guarantee gives the purchaser 5 days to take the puppy to their veterinarian and have a well puppy check-up.
Should you be unable to keep your dog for any unforeseen reason, we retain first right of refusal for the dog. We are very concerned about our puppies and we never want any of them to be turned over to a shelter or abandoned. While we realize your reasons may be private, we still ask that the puppy be turned over to us, no questions asked.
A replacement puppy is offered for any of the following defects found within 25 months of age.
1. Crippling patella luxation requiring surgery or euthanasia.
2. Eye problems causing blindness of genetic origin. Written documentation is required from two qualified veterinarians or a veterinary ophthalmologists and Seller will have a choice of the second veterinarian. If this animal has been bred this contract is null and void.
