DEPOSITS
A Puppy can be reserved and held with a minimum deposit of $300. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable if the buyer defaults on the purchase of the puppy. Blairs Bullies will refund the full deposit only if puppy cannot be sold due to serious illness or death.
To hold a puppy, Buyer agrees to send an overnight priority U.S Postal Money Order, Paypal (with an additional 3% handling fee), or Wal-Mart money gram in the minimum amount of $300 within 72 hours. Puppy will be placed on "Hold" while awaiting the deposit. Once the deposit is received, said puppy will be marked and considered "Sold". If deposit is not received within 72 hours, puppy will be placed back up for sale. A signed and dated copy of the Purchase Agreement and Health Guarantee must accompany the deposit.
PAYMENT
Full payment of the puppy is due when the puppy reaches 8 weeks of age or at time of pick up. Full payment, signed and dated Purchase Agreement and Health Guarantee must be received by Blairs Bullies before shipping is scheduled.
SHIPPING
If buyer is unable to pick up their puppy in person, the puppy may be flown to a nearby airport anywhere in the continental USA. Only airports that accept live animal shipments are accepted for transport.
We charge $300 for shipping. This includes air flight, shipping crate (which you keep), Veterinarian health certificate, health record, and registration paperwork.
Ground transportation is another option for shipping. We have two companies we have worked with and trust with our puppies. This method of shipping is preferred over air transportation.
REQUIREMENT
Blairs Bullies agrees to furnish the Buyer with the necessary health information, including all shots and worming records.
Blairs Bullies agrees to furnish the Buyer with the registration application through the AKC, WBA, CKC and/or IOEBA once it is received from the Registry. Buyer agrees to use the kennel name "Blairs Bullies" as the prefix in the registered name of the dog.
Buyer agrees to provide Blairs Bullies with pictures of the puppy that is being purchased. Buyer agrees to send updated and current pictures taken at least, but not limited to regular six month intervals from the date of receipt of the puppy.
I attest that I am at least 18 years of age and that this is to be considered a legal and binding contract between I the Buyer and the Seller.
