Terms and Conditions
Price of puppy _____. Full___ or Limited____AKC Registration.
This does not include shipping, crate and/or health certificate (unless specified with customer prior). Shipping usually runs around $250 depending on the airline.
Seller has the right to cancel the Contract if all payments are not made by the time the puppy is 8 weeks old if prior arrangements were not made. New puppy owner will receive AKC papers litter application at time of delivery.
To the best of the seller's knowledge and belief, this puppy is in good health, free from symptoms of contagious and infectious diseases at the time of sale. No further health guarantee is made or implied. Buyer is required to take the puppy for a veterinarian by 72 hours or before if he/she beleives the puppy to be ill or sick.
This health guarantee is for three years for Replacement for any life-threatening congenital disease not common to this breed that caused said puppy to expire for the original buyer only.
A Veterinarian Report with findings stating, to a medical certainty, that the death was in fact caused from the prenatal state will be required. Buyers will be required to send the notarized Vet's Report by registered mail along with all of the puppy's medical records. Sellers Veterinarian must confirm and agree with the diagnosis. The Seller will then give buyer a replacement puppy of equal value and the same gender, from the next available litter. Replacement Warranty will be terminated if puppy was found to be abused, neglected, or does not have up to date records of vaccinations and fecal records.
The puppy will have received proper vaccinations and de-worming. Buyer will receive a health record signed by my Veterinarian. Pinch nostrils and umbilical hernias are not covered by replacement, these are inherent of the breed.
The seller will assumes no shipping costs or vet costs associated with sale or Replacement Warranty.
The seller assumes no responsibility for medical expenses, mortality, landlord's disapproval, allergy, or any other undesirable circumstances once the dog has left the seller's premises.
Adult size and color is an estimate only and replacement is not in effect for size.
Shih Tzus can change color for years.
Hernias must be certified by a veterinarian and to be life threatening to be covered under the warranty. As vet costs can vary from $35 (my vet) to hundreds of dollars, hernias will be taken care of here unless agreed upon by the buyer to wait when neutered or spayed.
If a puppy is sold with full AKC registration rights, seller cannot guarantee the breeding ability of a male or female puppy and it is impossible to guarantee breeding success or show success. It is the buyer's sole responsibility for bills incurred from breeding said dog.
Seller reserves the right of first refusal, should buyer chose to place said puppy but will do anything within reason to place the puppy.
