Vom Haus Cander German Shepherd Dogs
Vom Haus Cander has all puppies examined by a veterinarian prior to their sale. Each puppy comes with a health certificate, age appropriate vaccines, a recent negative fecal reading, microchip, and copy of medical history. All puppies are guaranteed to be healthy and free of communicable diseases at the time of sale.
If determined by The Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA), that said puppy has hip or elbow dysplasia by 26 months of age Vom Haus Cander will replace the puppy with another puppy of equal value. Breeding said dog prior to passing OFA results voids guarantee.
In the event, buyer is unable to keep the puppy/dog for any reason, he/she agrees to give Vom Haus Cander the first right of refusal to take the puppy/dog back in excahnge for the return of the original purchase price of said dog/puppy. In the event of a resale, the original buyer must notify Vom Haus Cander German Shepherd Dogs' of the new owner's name, address, and phone number.
If any provision of the Agreement is or becomes void or unenforceable by force or operation of law, the other provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
The entire Agreement between the parties is contained herein. In the event of a dispute, Illinois will have jurisdiction over the matter.
