As long as this animal resides with the Client and the prefix “Ali'i AK Inu” is used on the AKC registration papers, this animal will be guaranteed. If at up to 24 months of age, it is mutually agreed or so declared at an AKC sanctioned dog show that the puppy/dog has a faulty bite (unshowable), a disqualifying fault, is monorchid or cryptorchid, then the Seller agrees that the Buyer will have no obligations for showing or breeding as described. Any of these faults must be of genetic origin and not be the result of environmental factors, poor nutrition, accidents or illness incurred after the Client has taken possession.
If Client should ever desire to sell or place this animal, Seller shall have the right of first refusal. This dog will not be sold or given away without Breeder’s written consent. Buyer(s) will not place dog in another home or turn dog into a dog pound or rescue group. If, at any time the Buyer’s circumstances change and a situation arises which makes Buyer(s) unable to keep the animal, it must be returned to Breeder regardless of age. Client shall offer said animal to Seller at a price equal to, or less than that at which it will be sold to the general public. Seller shall be given 15 business days to respond, and another 15 business days to pay the agreed upon price.
