Spay/Neuter Agreement


This puppy is being sold on spay/neuter agreement. This puppy is sold on an AKC Limited Registration. This puppy is sold as a potential obedience competition and/or home companion animal.

To the best of the seller’s knowledge, the puppy is free of signs or symptoms of disease or congenital defects as of the date the puppy leaves the seller. The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by Veterinarian within five working days. Should he/she find any medical problem, or not as represented, a full refund of the purchase price will be given or the pup can be replaced upon the return of the pup with written proof from a Veterinarian. The seller will not be responsible for any veterinary (or other) bills incurred by the buyer. The buyer must guarantee to keep the puppy’s vaccines current.

This animal is guaranteed against Distemper, Adenovirus Type 2, Parainfluenza, and Parvo for 10 days from date of sale.

This animal is guaranteed to be free of hereditary crippling and/or disabling deflects visible by 14 months of age. Determination of what constitutes a hereditary defect is to be by the unanimous agreement of two veterinarians agreeable to both parties. The cost of opinions are to be assumed by the buyer. If such defect is identified, the refund of the full purchase price provided the living puppy/dog and its registration papers are returned to the seller.

It is understood and agreed that buyer by signing this form has read and understands the provisions of this contract.
