Owner Contract
The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. It is not, nor does it imply, a contract with or guarantee by QualityDogs.com, endorsement by QualityDogs.com of this contract, or any responsibility, express or implied, by QualityDogs.com. The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content of this contract and its satisfaction. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any contract.

1. This puppy is being sold with Limited Registration, which will prohibit breeding and registering off spring.
2. The breeder guarantees the above described dog to be healthy at the time of sale.
3. The breeder guarantees the above described dog to be of good temperament at the time of sale.
4. The breeder does not assume any liability for any injury to said puppy after delivery.
5. The buyer agrees to have this puppy examined by a certified veterinarian with in 72 hours of delivery.
6. All appropriate shots for the puppy’s age have been given, and a record of vaccination history is supplied.
7. The buyer agrees to maintain the puppy’s health in good condition, and to provide yearly examinations, vaccinations, heartworm test, and any other usual procedure to assure good health.
8. The buyer shall provide the dog with adequate high quality food, fresh water at all times, shelter, affection and love.
9. The buyer shall provide the dog with a fully fenced in yard or other humane means of exercise. The dog shall not be chained, or allowed to run free.
10. Buyer agrees not to let the dog ride in the back of an open pickup truck at any time.
11. The buyer shall provide a collar and identification tag for the dog to wear at all times when allowed to go outdoors.
12. The buyer agrees to attend no fewer than 2 complete obedience classes, before the dog is 2 years old.
13. The buyer agrees that at any time the buyer cannot take proper care of the puppy, the buyer MUST contact the breeder and the breeder will have first choice to either (a) take the puppy back or (b) assist the buyer in finding a suitable home for the puppy.
14. The buyer agrees to notify the breeder of any changes in address during the puppy’s lifetime.
15. The buyer swears that he/she is not acting as an agent in the purchase of this German Shepherd, and is not associated with a pet shop or animal broker.

Buyers signature below indicates that he/she has read, agrees and does understand all the conditions of the Sales Agreement and Contract of sale.
