HEALTH GUARANTEE:
This puppy has been bred by GOSS BOXERS and has carefully and painstakingly reared. The parent animals were mated with the aim of breeding good and healthy puppies. GOSS BOXERS guarantees this dog to be free of communicable diseases as appears to the eye at the time of sale. At the expense of the BUYER, this dog should be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of possession to validate the Health Guarantee. (If purchased on Saturday, this requirement is extended through the following Monday.) BUYER must also register the dog with the AKC within 60 days to receive a full one year health guarantee. (Note: Only if the dog is registerable; meaning both sire/dam are registered by same kennel club, determined by the SELLER) If the dog is not registered with the AKC, whether it is a PET or SHOW DOG, this will then void the health guarantee. After being registered, should this dog be found in ill health, the cause of which is clearly attributed to the SELLER, this dog may upon written diagnosis from a veterinarian, be returned to GOSS BOXERS for a full refund of the purchased price or for another dog of equal value, the choice to be determined by GOSS BOXERS. After the 48 hours until 1 year, if this dog is found to have any genetic disorders that will be harmful to the dog, GOSS BOXERS must be notified immediately to discuss options. Written diagnosis, for any genetic disorders, from a licensed veterinarian must be presented to validate this health guarantee.
