In what facility, living conditions will the puppy/dog be living?
Will the dog remain inside the home, or outside?
If you are purchasing this dog as a pet, do you plan to spay or neuter the dog?
Are you familiar with this breed?
Are you aware that this breed cannot tolerate heat and cannot swim?
If you are interested in showing do you have a show record at all? If no will you be willing to sign a contract stating you will enter at least 4 shows in a 12 month period? If this does not apply and you want a pet, just leave blank or answer pet
Do you have children? If so this is a plus for me. I am different than other breeder and prefer mine to go where children are present... FRENCHIES ARE EXCELLENT WITH CHILDREN.
If you decide you no longer want to keep the dog purchased from me, will you sign a contract stating he will be offered back to me at the original sale price, before offered to the public?
