At Havajax Havanese we use a Contract with all of our puppy placements that defines our responsibilities as Seller with a Health Guarantee and an outline of the medical innoculations, wormings, dew claw removal, etc. that the puppy has received in our care.

This contract further defines the obligations of the Buyer to inform Havajax of any health issues that are hereditary in nature, to have the puppy's eyes CERF'd on an annual basis by Veterinary Opthamologist, to provide proper veterinary treatment, to provide socialzation via Puppy obedience classes, and to inform us if at any point in the life of the Havajax Puppy they can not provide a home.
