Although this is the breed we love, we admit that Aussies are not the breed for everyone, Some find aussies the best match and some find the breed a bit to much for your lifesyle. We are carefull and selective in our placements because WE CARE enough to do as much as possible to ensure the best fit between buyer and dog.

We place all our dogs with AKC/ASCA Registration. Applications for all Dogs placed as pets/companions will be marked as "non-breeding" and must be (spayed/Neutered) Do you have and problems with this?

Are you aware that Aussie Puppies require more work and have different socialization needs then some breeds? Do you feel you are capable of providing for these needs? or do you have any questions in reguards to this?
We EXPECT that everyone who purchases a Muddyfeet Aussie Should participate in at least one structured obedience/agility/doggy manors class.
Classes are more for the dogs benefit and provide important experiences for your pup. We do expect all owners to participate in a class regardless of the buyers previous dog owning/training experience.
Are you aware that Australian Shepherds are medium sized dogs and very active that shed (sometimes quite profusely) can bark, be destructive assertive and need leadership. They must be given a job to do? Are you willing to deal with these attributes that are so much a part of an Aussie?

Aussies are a long lived breed. Generally at least 10 years.. are you able to provide willing to accept resposiblity and make arrangements for this partnership should your housing/family live changes for the next 10 years?
