Health Guarantee

The puppy listed below is guaranteed against genetic health defects for five years, that is until the puppy reaches five years of age. This includes hip and elbow dysplasia, genetic eye disorders, thyroid and seizure type problems that are known to be genetic and not environmental. If puppy/adult acquires any of these problems before the age of five, option of a new puppy or price of a puppy will be refunded at the price of which buyer paid for puppy excluding shipping costs, which in this case would be $1000.00. Puppy/adult with the disorder must than be returned to breeder in exchange at owners expense. If in the case that the current owner would like to keep the puppy/adult. Only $250.00 can be refunded. Vet certificates stating that the disorder is genetic and not environmental must be produced at the puppy/adult owners expense before funds can be released.
