The above said Miniature Schnauzer is sold as ________PET _______BREED quality for the price of _________________
A deposit of $___________ is hereby made and the cash balance is due to Seller before this puppy is placed in the Buyer’s possession. Registration papers will also be held until balance is paid in full. The Buyer understands that once a deposit is made, it is a commitment to buy said dog and is therefore NON REFUNDABLE.
Contract will be null and void and the above named puppy may then be re-sold if not paid in full by the specified date being _____________.
An additional shipping/delivery fee of ____________ to be added to total price of puppy. Shipping fee to be paid before puppy is
shipped, or at time of delivery if puppy is hand delivered to Buyer.
IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY BOTH PARTIES THAT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WILL BE MET AND THAT NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
If this puppy has been classified as a PET by Seller, it does not qualify as a Breed Quality dog at the time of sale. This puppy is being sold with FULL______ LIMITED_______ registration. Limited registration means that offspring of this dog CANNOT be registered.
Seller guarantees this is a purebred Miniature Schnauzer, and offspring of the previously listed Sire and Dam. A pedigree
outlining lineage will be provided in the puppy pak, as well as AKC registration papers to register the puppy as a purebred Schnauzer.
Buyer certifies that he/she is not acting as an agent for another individual in the purchase of this puppy, and will not sell this puppy to any mass-producing kennel (puppy mill) or business (pet shop).
The Buyer promises to keep the dog in a proper manner. It shall not be kept permanently in a kennel. If problems arise concerning keeping or training the puppy, Buyer agrees to consult the Seller. If Buyer, in the future decides he/she is unable to keep said canine and wishes to return the dog to Seller, Seller will take possession of the dog. Buyer forfeits purchase price.
Seller will furnish all health records including vaccinations and worming procedures performed up to the time of transfer of this puppy to Buyer. This puppy is guaranteed to be free of any life threatening genetic defects for one year. This puppy is guaranteed to be physically healthy, free of any debilitating diseases for a period of 48 hours after purchase. This 48 hours begins when Buyer picks puppy up from Seller or airport. Seller cannot guarantee the health of a new puppy beyond 48 hours because of exposure to health hazards, injury, disease, parasite agents, trauma, abuse, neglect and improper management which are out of Seller’s control.
At the expense of the Buyer, this puppy should be examined by a licensed vet within 48 hours of possession to validate the Health Guarantee. (If purchased on a Saturday, this requirement is extended through the following Tuesday.) Seller is not responsible for any vet bills of any type or any refunds for vet bills. Should this puppy be found in ill health, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the Seller, refund of purchase price will require a written diagnosis, including copies of any Xrays or tests, from Buyer’s licensed vet, with vet’s letterhead, phone & address included, and sent by registered mail. Seller’s vet must confirm diagnosis after puppy is returned. AKC registration papers and health records must accompany puppy if returned.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED UNLESS EXPLAINED BY SELLER BELOW:
