All puppies are sold as companion pets and are evaluated and honestly represented as accurately as possible.
All puppies are examined by a licensed veterinarian and are guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. A state of Missouri Health Certificate will be furnished at time of delivery.
The Buyer should have a licensed veterinarian examine the puppy (at Buyer's expense) within 72 hours of possession. If the puppy is found to be in poor health, a full refund of the purchase price or replacement will be given upon returning the puppy within 72 hours. If there is a problem and the Buyer decides to keep the puppy, all veterinary bills will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
Puppies are guaranteed for 1 year from date of birth against any congenital / hereditary disorder which would be life threatening. With the provision of 2 unassociated veterinarian reports, the Buyer will be given the option of a replacement puppy when one of the same quality becomes available. All veterinary bills are the responsibility of the buyer.
In the event of death of puppy, the Buyer (at Buyer's expense) must provide the Seller a letter stating cause of death from attending veterinarian along with a copy of an autopsy report. If the cause of death is found to be due to a congenital medical condition, a replacement puppy or refund of the purchase price will be arranged at the discretion of the Seller.
Seller has done everything possible to produce a healthy, sound puppy in regards to diet, exercise, socialization and vet care. Puppies must be given follow-up shots in order to have full immunity and also wormed regularly. A premium food such as Eukanuba, Royal Canin, Iams, Bil-Jac or other must be fed. Table scraps are discouraged.
The Seller will not be responsible for ailments resulting from obesity, second hand smoke, malnutrition, dehydration, starvation, stress or lack of proper vet care including regular vaccinations.
