Owner Contract
The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. It is not, nor does it imply, a contract with or guarantee by QualityDogs.com, endorsement by QualityDogs.com of this contract, or any responsibility, express or implied, by QualityDogs.com. The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content of this contract and its satisfaction. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any contract.

A Sales Contract/Health Guarantee/Spay-Neuter Agreement is provided for each puppy sold. Spay-Neuter Agreement does not apply to show quality puppies sold to serious breeders who will be showing the dog to a championship title. All show and pet homes will be screened/references requested and checked. Spay/neuter for pups sold to pet/family homes is required within 90 days of sale or no later than 6 months of age. Confirmation of surgery must be mailed to breeder before AKC registration will be mailed to the new owner. AKC registration for pet quality puppies will be marked as "limited". Show quality puppies MAY be sold on co-ownership per the descretion of the breeder. All puppies guaranteed to be free of disease for 48 hours from date of purchase (excluding Sat./Sun.).
