The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. We gladly send copies of our contract sale agreement to any serious prospective new owners for review. We require references before agreeing to sell a puppy and are happy to provide the same. Please note that all pets are sold with AKC limited registrations and must be spayed or neutered by one year of age. Show prospects are sold on co-ownerships until finished. We do not customarily sell puppies for breeding purposes. Exceptions are made for those who are shown to their championships or performance titles and pass all health clearances for the breed. These dogs may contribute their genes to future generations.
