Guarantee :
Breeder guarantees this puppy to be healthy and free of disease for 72
hrs. following acquistions of puppy by purchaser. Should puppy develope
symptoms of disease this 72 hr period and confirmed by your vet then
puppy will be replaced. Simple diarrhea is not a disease.
All pet or companion puppies must be spayed or neutered within six
months for the health and welfare of said puppy.
All puppies have a two year guarantee against hip dysplasia, said puppy
must be x-rayed at two yrs of age and sent into OFA (Orthopedic
Foundation for Animals) for evaluating. If animal should prove to be
dysplastic, a replacement will be given. We STRONGLY suggest a
preliminary x-ray at 1 yr of age on all show prospect puppies. Since
dysplastic dogs should NEVER be used for breeding, said animal
must be spayed or neutered or returned to Nyak Kennel for replacement.
All of our dogs are X-rayed before breeding and certified with OFA at two
yrs of age. We take every precausion to keep dysplasia out of our program,
however defects can still pop up.
For Show & Breeding Prospect Puppies:
All males are guaranteed against orchidisme. If a male show prospect , at
9 months has neither or only one testicle descended, breeder will replace
said puppy.
All puppies sold as show prospects are guaranteed for two yrs against
congenital HD,ChD (dwarfism), and Cateracts. If problem should arise,
puppy will be replaced.
NO REPLACEMENT will be given if animal has been bred before being
x-rayed.
Nyak Kennel RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE
REPLACEMENT OF ANY PUPPY FOR HIP PROBLEMS OR
TEMPERMENT ISSUES CAUSE BY OWNERS NEGLECT OR ABUSE.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN, on BREEDING, SHOW or PET
quality puppies.
