Buyer agrees to care for this animal in a proper manner, giving
correct diet, shelter, medical care and human attention. If for
any reason buyer cannot keep this dog it
is Imperative we be contacted before anything else is decided
upon!!! Terms can be worked out-Please let us know. We can
always take the dog back! Buyer agrees to notify the
breeder,before selling said animal. If animal is sold, after
notifying the breeder, purchaser agrees that new buyer must
adhere to similier agreement as this, concerning animals care.
BUYER IS NOT TO SELL OR PLACE THIS ANIMAL IN
ANY”PET SHOP”, DOG POUND, ANIMAL SHELTER OR
COMMERICAL KENNEL. If the animal purchased is a bitch,
BUYER IS NOT TO SELL PUPPIES TO ANY “PET SHOP” or
any other such outlet. All puppies are to be carefully placed with
the utmost of care.
Seller agrees to remain in contact with buyer throughout the life
of this dog and buyer agrees to to let breeder know of any
moves, etc. throughtout the life of this animal. Seller agrees to
assist in every way possible to further either a show career of
said animal or his general well being at home.
Buyer Understands that there is NO REFUNDS given.

Buyer understands that by signing this agreement he/she agrees
and understands the Sales Agreement and 2 Yr Guarantee on
puppy purchased from Nyak Kennels.
Buyer also understands that all veterinary care is the
responsibility of owner. This includes , puppy check-ups,
vaccines, worming and any other medical care.
Buyer agrees NOT TO DEAL IN ANY WAY WITH “PET
SHOPS” OR COMMERICAL KENNELS.
