Introduction
This is an application for a Harrington Place golden retriever puppy. We are very careful about placing our pups, so here are some questions that will help us get to know more about you. Thank you for your interest!

Tell us about your home. Do you own or rent your house? If you rent, do you have the landlord's permission to keep a dog? Landlord's Permission must be obtained in writing or shown in lease agreement.
Tell us us about your yard. Are you planning to use a kennel, dog run, or do you have a fenced yard? How will you handle the dog’s exercise and toilet needs?
How many hours a will the dog be alone? Do you plan on crate-training?
Tell us about your family. How many adults in the household? Children? What are the ages/gender of the children? Who in the household will have the main responsibility of caring for this pet?
Tell us about your current and/or past dogs. Spayed/neutered? If you do not still own the dog(s), please describe what happened to it them. Do you own any cats? If yes, how many? Will they accept a new, active puppy into the home?
Have you ever given a pet away? If so what were the circumstances?
What activities do you plan on doing with this dog (ex: pet, guard, hunting, obedience, etc...)? Will you be attending any training classes?
Have you considered an older dog instead of a puppy? Do you plan on breeding this dog?
