Your puppy has a General Health Guarantee for two weeks after leaving our kennel. Buyer is responsible for all vet bills after taking possession of the puppy.
Puppies have a two years guarantee against proven genetic hereditary defects such as: (cardiomyopathy, Thyroid Disease, Cancer, organ failure, and hip/elbow dysplasia); which would be detrimental to your pets health.
Non-Genetic disease/infestations such as: HOD, coxcidia, demodex, heart worms, intestinal parasites, and ringworm are acquired and are covered only by the general two week guarantee when checked by your Vet within the first 72 hours of ownership. This breeder has taken steps to prevent the above non-genetic problems and similar steps must be continued by the buyer to insure the health of your pup.
Proof of Genetic Diseases should be in the form of a written veterinarian report, from two different veterinarians (from unassociated practices), with proof if necessary (Penn Hip X-ray required for hip/elbow dysplasia), must be submitted in writing and signed by each licensed veterinarian.
Should your pup be found to suffer from any of the above genetic diseases, he/she shall be replaced with a pup from an agreed upon future litter. Genetic Guarantee is contingent upon Buyer adhering to the spay/neuter agreement.
